SoloBid requires Sign in with Apple. If login fails, confirm that Apple Sign In is enabled for the app and try again from the latest app version.

Subscriptions

SoloBid Pro subscription management is handled through your Apple account subscriptions settings on iPhone.

Customer payments

Invoice payment links are processed through PayPal. If a customer reports a failed payment, include the invoice number and screenshot in your support email.
