1. Information we collect

SoloBid collects the account information required to provide the app, including your Apple account identifier, email address if provided by Apple, business profile details you enter, invoice data, dictionary entries, and billing state.

2. Audio and generated invoice content

When you use voice capture, audio is processed to generate structured estimate or invoice data. Generated invoice records, line items, PDFs, and related metadata may be stored so they can be shown in your history and shared with customers.

3. Payments

SoloBid Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Customer invoice payments are handled through external payment providers such as PayPal. SoloBid does not store full payment card numbers.

4. How we use information

We use collected information to authenticate users, generate and store invoices, support customer payment links, maintain subscription state, improve app reliability, and provide support.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, AI processing, document generation, and payment services.

6. Data retention

We retain account and invoice data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
